How The Ticket System Works
This form allows you to submit a work request to your local community office vial the internet. Use the form ONLY for the problems listed above.
We have instituted this method to help us manage our maintenance requests and help make sure that you get the service you need as quickly as possible.
Fill out the form completely and give as much detail about the problem as you can.
Select the the appropriate community before you send the work ticket.
We will contact you if we need to make an appointment to meet with you or discuss the problem further or take care of the maintenance request.
You have the option to be emailed when the work ticket is completed.
